J’ai déjà crédité ma carte cashless : en arrivant à l’entrée mon billet est scanné et une carte contenant la somme d’argent que j’ai préchargée m’est remis.
Je n’ai pas crédité ma carte cashless : je me rends à LA PESÉE, point de rechargement pour obtenir ma carte et la créditer.

Comment l’utiliser ?

Aux bars et aux espaces de restauration, je paie uniquement grâce à ma carte cashless. Je peux vérifier mon crédit disponible avant toute commande. Si je n’ai pas assez de crédit, je me rends à LA PESÉE ou à LA GUITOUNE, les deux bureaux de change du festival, ou pour éviter les files d’attente, directement en ligne.

Si je n’ai pas épuisé tout mon crédit pendant le festival, je peux demander le remboursement du solde depuis mon compte en ligne. Il est impératif d’en faire la demande sur cette page après le festival pour en obtenir le remboursement, celui-ci n’étant pas automatique. Vous avez jusqu’au 15 septembre 2025.

Pour des raisons techniques, les sommes inférieures à 1€ ne sont pas remboursables.

Si je n’ai pas créé de compte avant le festival, je dois le faire en renseignant le code unique présent au dos de ma carte cashless et je demande ensuite le remboursement.
